Use this form to request deletion of your JGS account and all associated personal data.
What will be deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Handicap and membership records
- Tournament registrations and payment history
Note: Anonymised historical tournament scores may be retained as part of the society's records. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
